Murray Christmas Window Display Contest Nov. 29-Dec. 25, 2024

Help make Murray festive! Along with our trees in the park, let’s give visitors & residents a  reason to visit our local establishments, as well! Murray Arts Council invites businesses of all types to create festive window displays for the holiday season!  In addition to Murray Arts Council’s (MAC) judging committee, visitors & residents may vote for “People’s Choice!” Questions? IMPORTANT INFORMATION – HANG ON TO THIS:

1.      Your application & $20 fee must be received by Wed., Nov 27 by Murray Arts Council – on our website at murray-arts.com or through the mail: MAC, P.O. Box 983, Chatsworth, GA 30705 (Forms/payment must be received by WED., NOV 27, 2024)

2.      All participants must register & complete their displays by  Wed., Nov. 27.

3.      Display your holiday creation from Friday, November 29 to Christmas Day (or longer!) 

4.      Displays will be judged Fri., Nov. 29 by MAC judges (who are NOT competitors!)  

5.      Does it have to be a “window” exactly? No.  We do not wish to curtail your creativity. Just don’t list your tree in the park.  That’s a whole other event.

6.      Displays will be judged & photographed on Fri., Nov 29. MAC’s judges will announce their winners on December 2, 2024 via social media.

7.      On Sat., Nov 30: Photos of displays will be added to MAC’s Website & Facebook page, so the public may begin voting for People’s Choice from November 30th -  December 21st, 2024.  https://www.facebook.com/murraycountyartscouncil

8.      ONLY displays with applications received and application fee paid will be judged and put in the People’s Choice album.
