Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, these classes are designed to promote physical strength and flexibility, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Classes will be held for 6 weeks starting June 24th- July 31’st Mondays 5:30 P.M.-6:30P.M. and Wednesday 6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. We hope to see you there!!!!!
